<br /><br />------------------------------------------------------<br /> <strong>Accreditation</strong><br /> Approvals & Licenses<br /> ------------------------------------------------------<br /> <p> Modern Technology School is an accredited member of the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC). The ACCSC is listed with the United States Department of Education as a nationally recognized accrediting agency under the provisions of Chapter 33, Title 38, US Code and subsequent legislation. </p> <p> <br /> Modern Technology School was also granted an institutional license to operate from the Bureau for Private Post-secondary Education (BPPE) pursuant to California Education Code Section 94311. The Bureau's license to operate means that the institution and its operation comply with the minimum State standards established under the law of occupational instruction by private post-secondary education institutions. A license to operate must be re-evaluated every three years and is subject to continuing review. </p> <p> The X-ray Technician Program is approved by the Department of Public Health—Radiological Health Branch of California. The State of California has set minimum standards for schools with educational programs for limited permit x-ray technicians pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 17, section 30420. The RHB has approved and certified our X-ray Technician program which meets or exceeds these standards. </p> <p> <strong>OTHER APPROVALS & LICENSES</strong> </p> <p> • Approved for the training of veterans and eligible persons under provisions of Title 38, United States Code.<br /> • Licensed to operate as a Private Post-secondary Educational Institute by the State of California, Council for Private Post-secondary and Vocational Education.<br /> • Eligible institution to provide training services for the California Department of Vocational Rehabilitation Program.<br /> • Eligible institution under the Federal Stafford Loan (formerly GSL), Federal PLUS, Federal PELL Grant, and Federal SEOG programs. </p> <p> </p>
