Modern Technology School has been the best place to learn X-Ray, Ultrasound and Medical Assisting in Southern California since 1981. Our ACCSC Accredited Diagnostic Healthcare school offers several programs designed to help students become experts in their respective field. Our faculty works with students in real-life labs and small classroom environments, allowing for hands-on learning and quick absorption of the material.

Our X-Ray Technician Program is the best in Orange County, and is all-inclusive. Your textbooks, scrubs and first California State X-Ray Examination are all provided as part of our X-Ray Program. Furthermore, Clinical Internship is included as part of all programs we offer. Our X-Ray Tech students also receive cross-training as a Medical Assistant, meaning more opportunities and a better medical foundation.

Our Ultrasound / Vascular Technologist Program ranks as one of the most popular Ultrasound Programs in Southern California. Ultrasound Tech students also receive Clinical Internship through our school – we do the legwork, so you don’t have to stress about it.

Our Medical Assistant Program offers NCMA National Medical Assistant Certification and prepares you for working directly with physicians in the field. Not only is our Medical Assisting Program one of our most popular, but it offers a foundation for many avenues of advancement throughout your career.

Our Orange County training facility is located in Fountain Valley, CA and is accessible by many major freeways. We are proud of our history, student’s-first philosophy, attention to detail and of course our talented & experienced faculty.

Class sizes at Modern Technology School remain small and focused, offering detailed instruction. Because we want our students to receive a hands-on education, our instructors & faculty work closely with them, both in the classroom and in our real-life labs. As an institution of higher learning, we hold well over 150 years of X-Ray, Radiology, Sonography, Medical Assisting, Clinical and Education experience between our faculty & staff.
